Yes all our mobile phones with official warranty are ntc registered.
Are your phone products really original or cloned?
We only sell ORIGINAL phones. You do not have to worry on the originality of our products. We assure the genuineness of all our products.
Are your phones sim locked? Will they work on any network?
Ebuystore sells mobile phones and PDAs that will work on any compatible network. You can use any standard sim card with a phone purchased from us. When you purchase a phone from Ebuystore, you are purchasing an outright phone. You are not locked into any contracts with any mobile phone carrier. You have the choice on what carrier and service you use.
Can I use my pre-paid sim card in your phones?
Yes, you can use any compatible sim card in a phone purchased from Ebuystore.
Do you have offices outside Metro Manila?
No. Unfortunately we do not have offices outside Metro Manila.
What does each phone come with?
All phones purchased from our store include the box, charger, phone, battery and user manual. Most phones also come with extra accessories such as software and data-transfer cables. Please check on the phone's details to verify what is included in each phone package.
Are you an authorized dealer of Apple ipod?
Yes we are. All our ipod items are certified 1yr international warranty. You can avail the warranty in any apple store around the world.
Can I order your products even if I am outside the Philippines and have the items delivered to my friends/ relatives in the Philippines?

Do I receive a warranty with the product that I order?
Of course. All products that we sell comes with a warranty. Warranty varies depending on the type of phone. Warranty is usually 12 months service only.
Do you offer warranty for all the memory cards and flash drive memory storage?
All items with 1 year warranty and a replacement warranty if found to be defective.

Yes. Insurance is optional at 1% of the total amount declared. Goods will be delivered to you via courier, and a signature will be required.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

What is A2DP?

What is Bluetooth?
A short-range radio technology that allows the wireless networking of devices. In future many mobile phones, organisers and also PCs will routinely have a Bluetooth capability. The radio link can be up to 10 metres and allows data to be exchanged between mobile phones and organisers. Line-of-sight is not required between the devices. Bluetooth transmits in the frequency range 2.4 to 2.4835 GHz and achieves data rates of up to 721 kilobits per second.
What is the difference between 2G, 3G and NextG?
