Product Availability

All items displayed on this website are subject to availability. If any product ordered is out of stock we will notify you within 2 working days of your order being received. We will advise you of the likely delay, and keep you fully informed of the estimated delivery date.

 

Product Compatibility/Specification/Color Choice

If your unit is defective within the 3 days of receipt, simply contact us and your unit will be replaced . We will not be responsible for any product that becomes defective beyond the 3 days of receipt. The customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.Buyers must pay for any additional shipping fees .Manufacturer warranty is not presented to the units unless it is stated in the auction.If the buyer has chose to take The limited warranty coverage,The buyer have to be aware of the faults described below.

Dead on Arrival implies that the product either cannot be turned on after taking out from the box.in that case;Buyer must report this situation to the seller within 24 hours upon the item is delivered.If the item is not tested or examined by the buyer within the first 24 hours after the good is received, DOA returned policy would not be granted to the buyer. No further exception will be considered about the time issue.The 24 hours period starts at the item shows delivered from the courier services tracking system. Replacement will be made on DOA item.In the event that a replacement cannot be made due to product availability or any other reasons, Ebuystore will repair the product for the buyer. A repair order may take up to 14 business days starting from the day when Ebuystore received the defective unit.The seller, Ebuystore has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.

Products undertaken by limited warranty repairs coverage.Intermittent issues on the product will not be covered under our limited warranty policy.The fault that described by the buyer MUST not be an intermittent problem; it must be a permanent fault that can be easily identified on every usage or access on that feature.The seller, Ebuystore has the right to make the final decision on whether the issue pointed out is considered permanent defects or not.The seller, Ebuystore has the right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.

Neither network dependent features nor firmware related issues will be covered by our limited warranty repair coverage, regardless the problem is permanent or not.Please refer to our product compatibility section regarding on the description of network dependent features.The seller Ebuystore has the right to determine whether the issue pointed out by the buyers is considered a network dependent feature or not.The seller, Ebuystore has the right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.

Under any circumstances, the seller, Ebuystore reserves the final rights to approve any DOA replacement or a warranty coverage repair. The seller, Ebuystore also has the right to make the final decision on whether the issue pointed out by the buyer is consider a defect or not.In the event that a replacement or repair is not granted to the buyer, the buyer will have to find their own repair source and is responsible for all the related cost and expenses.

The repair process by Ebuystore usually takes 2 to 4 weeks upon received from the buyer. However, there is no guarantee on the time frame.

 

Website Accuracy

Our website design team work hard to ensure that our site is always accurate through continual updates. However, due to the rapidly changing nature of the mobile phone industry we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied, especially with mobile handset specifications, prices and special offers, which may change without notice to us.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, or from unauthorized users altering the content of our website, Ebuystore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.

 

Security & Fraud Prevention

At the time of placing an order with us we will log your IP address and time of order. Should we be exposed to any potential fraudulent or criminal acts then this data will be passed on to the relevant authorities for further investigation. At Ebuystore we treat our customer's, security and privacy with the utmost respect and will use the full extent of the law to protect this.

We may conduct a White Pages or Telstra check on the cardholder to verify name, telephone number and address for orders placed with a Credit Card. We may also ask for further identification should we not be able to find a White Pages match, and reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel it may in any way be fraudulent.

 

Order Confirmation

Shortly after your order is placed a member of the Customer Services Team may call to confirm your order details and delivery information.

We do this to ensure the customer intended to place the order, which protects both them and us from any potential fraudulent activity. This being especially so when the order is being paid for by a Credit Card.

Return / Refund Policy

When the refund is granted please allow us 3 to 5 working days to process the said refund. All return product is subject to the approval by the seller.

Returned items without an approval RMA ( Return Material Authorization) number from the seller will not be processed.All return items MUST be brand new, factory sealed, unused, and untouched.Please note, firmware version are shipped randomly unless prior request has been made by the customer. All keypads will support both alphabetic and numeric character. However, some versions will include additional language characters. Customer should put down all their requests on their Purchase Order. Once the package has been shipped, no exchange will be granted on language version, firmware version and keypad choices. All returned items for refund or change of order are subject to a 5-30% restocking fee (There will not be restocking fee on defective items or unopened packages).Any shipping and handling expenses result on those returns without approval will be responsible by the buyer.Legal action will be taken if buyer refused to be responsible on these charges along with the cost of any legal expenses occurred.

Upon receiving the potential defective item from the buyer, the seller will examine and test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer.Unless the seller can reproduce the same fault indicated by the buyer, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

In the event of returning the product, buyer is fully responsible for the products safety return to us.Item must be received within 1 to 2 days after the issue of RMA.The return merchandize should include the RMA number that was issued by the seller , Ebuystore, buyers full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and the reason for return.All accessories and manual must also be included inside the package as it was originally received by the buyer.Return merchandize should be double boxed and well packed.Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will not be accepted.Any unidentified return which is aged over 3 days, Ebuystore will have the right to dispose such item without notifying the buyer.No replacement will be issued on those unidentified return once it has been disposed.Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

REPLACEMENT

We will demo the item in front of the buyer and encourage all our buyers to inspect the item/s purchased upon Meet up / cod or pick-up before proceeding with the payment. If the ordered item/s does not meet the expectations or standards of the buyer, the transaction may be terminated immediately. Our company values the importance of customer satisfaction and prioritizes it in all our business dealings.

If a factory defect is encountered within the special Replacement-Warranty Period, Ebuystore agrees to replace the unit without charges. Replacement is subject to the discretion of our technical team. And, the gadgets are subject to inspection before exchange. The Replacement-Warranty Period starts at the time of product’s original purchase. Products approved for exchange must be returned within the specified replacement period.

Replacement-Warranty Period is …..

....three (3) days: for mobile phones (including iPhone), game consoles, DSLR Lenses & Speedlights.

....seven (7) days: for digital cameras, DSLR & videocams.

….lifetime warranty: memory cards & egg speaker (applicable for sold separately). Furthermore: For DSLR’s, maximum allowable actuation (shot counter) is only fifty (50). - If its exceeds 50 actuations, Replacement Warranty is void.

NOTE: CAMERA/CELLPHONE,warranty policy for dead pixel,considered as good unit.

           Not more than 4 bright dead pixels.

 

Product Warranty

All phones sold by Ebuystore are covered by Warranty. The Warranty is valid from the date of invoice for 12 months limited warranty on new stock.

Note that it is the responsibility of the Manufacturer to repair or replace the handset – Ebuystore will not be responsible for the Warranty. There is no exception to this industry rule.

 

SERVICE WARRANTY AGREEMENT

  AKA: Personal Warranty

If the gadget encounters a defect (defective materials or production faults) during the warranty period, Ebuystore will repair the unit free of service charge. Parts are not included. The customer shoulders the cost of parts and any possible incidental costs (i.e. mail, transportation, insurance & other incidental charges) associated with shipping the product.

  This warranty does NOT cover any of the following:

1.Defects or malfunctions arising from improper care, misuse or abuse of the products, normal wear-and-tear, wistful  damage, negligence by the user or third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the manufacturer, or failure to follow instructions contained in the manual provided.

2.Damage caused by sand / dust, water (NO expectations for waterproof gadgets) or battery leakage, or accidents / events caused by natural calamities (such as flood, riots, fire, strikes, etc).

NOTE:  Before purchasing waterproof cameras or any waterproof gadgets, please take note that service warranty does not cover water damages. Waterproof cameras are fun but sensitive gadgets to use. Although is a RARE, it is possible that some (not all) waterproof gadgets might fail underwater.

3.Damage to or defects in accessories, including batteries, earphones and other consumables.

4.Damage to or defects in any instruction or manual, any software provided, or Compact Disks (CD) relating thereto, or any damage arising from the installation of any such software.

5.Any consequential or incidental damages resulting from any breach of warranty, express or implied, applicable to the products.

Furthermore, warranty is void if the product is modified, tampered, altered, converted or repaired in any way by any person other than our staff. It is your responsibility to backup all data, or other materials you have stored in your unit. We will not be responsible for such damage or loss.

Repair usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, but may be longer.

Warranty in non-transferable.

 

PARTS AND SERVICE WARRANTY AGREEMENT

  AKA:  Manufacturer’s / Official Warranty

If the gadget encounters a defect (defective materials or production faults) during warranty period, the product shall be brought directly to any authorized service centers of the manufacturers (i.e. Nokia, Samsung, etc) for repair. This is subject to the terms and conditions of the corresponding manufacturer. More information about the warranty and service centers can be found at local web pages.

The warranty period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent repair or replacement of the Product. However, repaired parts(s) will still be warranted by the manufacturer.



Sellers Liability

The seller, Ebuystore will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage caused by the product.For safety handling and operation on the product, please consult instruction manual comes along or contact manufacture directly.
